Sampling ratio of IQC from your side Sometime we need to have the defected units on hand to figure out the root cause, it's great to get this inspection report monthly. |

Hi Lonnie, We understand that. As I know, our Vietnam factory received Silergy IC yesterday, and SQE has sent this IC to another factory site in Bac Giang for I-V curve analysis. After that, our PE will do further analysis on this IC. Will keep you updated if there is any progress from our QA/PE team Regards, Sean |

Hi Sean 7. Tact feeling is not good issue: ALT feedback the Tact switch push force spec change from 160 +/- 50 gf to 160 +/- 20 gf . Fii feedback to vendor confirm for change spec. Due date: 19-Aug-2022. Best Regards Rachel |

Hi Sh Son and Sean SILERGY Supplier replied FA the defect IC sample (SY8824C) on 14-Sep, Cause IC fail cause damaged by EOS . The next action : SILERGY will test De-cap ( Test time about 4 to6 days ), Vendor confirm will provide test result on next week . Fii will push vendor provide test result and inform to ALT customer when we receive test result. Many Thanks Rachel |
